I find that the strips sometimes come unstuck, any suggestions?

Make sure you wash your nose and dry thoroughly before application, particularly if your skin has a tendency to be greasy. Smooth the strips down on both sides evenly and hold the strips down for a few seconds, to ensure maximum adhesion. Also, if your bathroom is very damp, we suggest that you store them elsewhere.

Directions:

Apply Snoreeze Nasal Strip before going to bed as follows:

Wash & dry your nose

Place one Nasal Strip across the bridge of your nose.

Apply to skin, smooth sides by pressing down to ensure good contact

Remove slowly in the morning (if desired, the strip can be removed while washing your face)
