Loratadine Non Drowsy Hay-Fever/Allergy Relief Tablets 10mg (30 Tablets) ONE MONTH SUPPLY:  contain the same active ingredient that can be found in Clarityn tablets. They provide relief of allergy symptoms such as runny and itchy nose, sneezing, burning and itchy eyes, whether these are due to hayfever or whether they occur all year round.

How does it work?

This medication contains the active ingredient loratadine 10mg, which is a 

non-sedating antihistamine. Loratadine works by preventing the actions of histamine.

Exposure to pollen, pet fur, house dust or an insect bite can cause the body to produce a chemical called histamine. The release of histamine causes allergic symptoms, which can include rashes, sneezing, watery eyes and a running or blocked nose. Antihistamines stop the effects of histamine and help to relieve these symptoms.

Loratadine is used to prevent and relieve the allergic conditions of hayfever, such as inflammation of the nose, eyes, skin or airways and results in itchy watery eyes, a runny nose, sneezing and nasal congestion.

How To Use:

Adults and Children 2 years of age and over weighing MORE than 30Kg: Swallow ONE tablet DAILY with water. 

If you have severe liver problems, you may need to take one tablet every other day. Please speak to one of our pharmacists or your GP if you think this applies to you. 

Do not give to children under the age of 2 years or weighing less than 30Kg. 

Do not use if you are pregnant or are breast-feeding.
