Jelonet Dressing 10cm x 10cm (10 Dressings): Jelonet is a non-medicated paraffin gauze dressing which soothes and protects the wound and offers the following benefits:

• Soothes and protects the wound
• Has a soft, paraffin base
• Maintains shape and resists fraying
• Can be combined with topical medication of choice

Can be used for:

• Minor burns and scalds,
• Donor and recipient graft sites,
• Skin loss wounds,
• Lacerations,
• Abrasions,
• Leg ulcers.

Jelonet is impregnated with paraffin, which means it will not allow a wound to dry out and scab over. This is very important as it means the wound will heal from the bottom up rather than scab over. It can be held in place with micropore surgical tape which we also sell here at PharmacyKwik.
