Benylin Chesty Coughs Non-Drowsy (300ml): Benylin Chesty Coughs Non-Drowsy is a medicine which is used to help relieve chesty coughs. It contains Guaifenesin (an expectotant) to help loosen mucus (phlegm) from the lungs and make it easier to cough up, and Levomenthol to help you breathe more easily by easing congestion. It has a non-drowsy formula to ensure you can go about your daily business in the usual manner.

Directions:

How to useBenylin Chesty Coughs Non Drowsy:

For oral use only. Do not take more than the stated dose shown.

Children 6-12 years: Take one 5ml spoonful four times a day.

Adults and children over 12 years: Take two 5ml spoonfuls four times a day.

Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.

Do not use this medicine if:

You have ever had a bad reaction to the listed ingredients.

You suffer from liver or kidney problems.

You have an intolerance to some sugars.

You have had a cough for a few weeks that may be caused by asthma, or brings up a lot of mucus.

You are taking alcohol.

Do not take with other products containing paracetamol. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.

Each 5ml of Benylin Chesty Coughs Non Drowsy contains:

Guaifenesin 100mg, Levomenthol 1.1mg.

Also contains: Liquid Glucose, Sucrose, Ethanol, E124. This product contains 5% vol Ethanol. Sodium content 16.42mg/5ml.
